Winnings may be withdrawn at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per request.

Agen89 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward both new and loyal members. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Wagering Requirement (Rollover): Every bonus received must be wagered a total of the specified number of times (as stated in each bonus offer) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Bonus Period: Bonuses must be used within the designated timeframe (typically 7–30 days). Any bonus not utilised within this period will expire automatically.
• One Bonus Only: Only one active bonus is permitted at a time unless otherwise stated.

• Member's own request to close account.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

For account closures initiated by the member, any remaining balance will be returned to the original payment method within 3–5 business days, provided all bonus rollover requirements have been met.

Agen89 is not liable for any indirect losses, damages, or injuries arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from unfavourable game outcomes.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, internet outages, or circumstances beyond agen89's control.

• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your password.
